UPCOMING CHANGES...

Due to the growth of Bethel kid and the need for more space we will be moving our Elementary kids (5-9 Yr Olds) out to the Gym. This means the current Bethel Kids Building (the middle building of our campus) will become the preschool building and will accommodate our 2-4 Yr Olds.

This change will take place Sunday September 17th. Please be patient with us as we try to steward the facilities that God has given us the best we can.

Here is some more info to make these transitions smooth:

1st Option:

1. Download Church Center App

2. Click “Check-In” at bottom of screen and select kids who you are checking in as well as service times they are attending.

3. Take your kids to their location(s):

◦ Nursery (ages 6 weeks - 24 months)

◦ Preschool Building (ages 2-4)

◦ Gym (ages 5-9)

5. Make sure your kid’s name tag is applied to a visible location on their shirt.

FIRST TIME AT BETHEL?

If this is your first time bringing your family to bethel Here's what to expect...

When visiting Bethel Kids for the first time: first, go to the manned check-in station located in the main Lobby. There we will meet your family, check your child(ren) into our system, and then one of our volunteers will lead you and your child(ren) to their age-appropriate space where your kids will learn about Jesus in a safe and fun environment. Upon checking in for the first time, we will ask for the following personal information (note: we value your privacy and will not share this information with anyone) - parent/guardian name(s) - child's name - child's birthdate - home address - phone number - any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your children. We look forward to meeting you and your kids!

HOW CHECK-IN WORKS

Before service: You can check-in your child at the available kiosk or on the Church Center App. After finding your child’s name in the database, you and your child will be given matching name tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion while you hold on to the matching tag.

After service: You will return to the Bethel Kids check in area and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.

During service: in the event that we need to contact you during the service, we will send a text message to the phone number provided at check-in. We ask that you exit the auditorium immediately and head to the Bethel Kids area where a Bethel Kids volunteer will show you to your child’s classroom.

PARENT'S VIEWING ROOM

Although we offer childcare during service for infants, we also have a parent's cry room that is available for mothers with infants. This room is reserved exclusively for parents with infants to enjoy the service in a more private and quiet environment.
